• You are solely responsible for the legality of all content you upload or share.

9. Affiliates

• Affiliates will be paid 60 days after a sale has been processed to allow for refund requests.

• Affiliates must comply with all laws and CourseiQ’s affiliate program terms.

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

10. Restrictions on Export, Copying, or Resale

• You may not export, copy, resell, or sublicense CourseiQ or any part of the Service without express written permission from CourseiQ.

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

15. CourseIQ SMS notifications

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to +1 478-780-6122. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
